The distance between my home and school is about 20 minutes. I usually go to school by school van. My school is I the exact opposite of the Hospital, and there is a large field in the left of my school. In the course of my journey to school saw a temple, a park beautiful flower shop. The most exciting part of my journey is my friends with whom I go to school and we enjoy that 20 minutes with fun.

You have seen a route map in lesson 2. Draw a route map of your journey from your home to school.

 

For this activity, you will write the answers by yourself.

 

Here's the map to my school from my home.

- My HOME is at the very beginning of the map

- Then I walk down the south of the road and I pass by the village MARKET

- After a turn to the east, the PARK is a good place to see in the very morning, especially the flowers and fruit trees

- With another turn to the south, in the very corner, our village HOSPITAL

- A short walk and I reach the public LIBRARY where I will be studying in the afternoon just when the school is over

- My SCHOOL is not too far to the east

 

Tips: You can place any landmark anywhere on the map, just when you are finished with the idea to connect them with roads. That's all!
